ABOUT

Martin Vaughan is a Casting Director with over 15 ​years experience. As Head of Casting at SIDE ​London, he was responsible for casting more than ​150 games, working on many of the industry’s ​biggest franchises, including THE WITCHER, ​ASSASSIN’S CREED, HITMAN, FIFA and FINAL ​FANTASY.

He has also collaborated with developers such as ​Remedy, Hazelight, The Chinese Room, ​Housemarque and Asobo, on acclaimed games ​such as IT TAKES TWO, A PLAGUE TALE: ​REQUIEM, RETURNAL, ALAN WAKE II and ​CYBERPUNK 2077.

Now freelance, he recently expanded his expertise ​into screen work, casting for short films which ​have gone on to play at BIFA and BAFTA-​qualifying festivals.

A champion of new, emerging and well-established ​talent, Martin was the first Casting Director for ​Games to be accepted into the Casting Directors' ​Guild, and is a long-standing BAFTA Member.
